We do both. Most clients use our full design + build service for a single team and single quote. If you already have a contractor, we can also provide design-only services (3D layouts, material specs, drawings) for them to execute.

The design process typically takes 2–3 weeks: initial consultation, concept layouts, revisions, material selection and final approval. We move faster if you have a clear brief, and slower if you want to explore multiple directions.

For full design + build projects, design is included in the project price — no separate design fee. For design-only services, fees depend on the scope and number of revisions; we'll quote a fixed price after the initial consultation.
